Gargantua Soul was announced the winners of the Ernie Boch Emerging Artist Competition at the 2003 Nemo Music Showcase and Conference.

Gargantua Soul is in the process of completing demos for 6 brand new songs. In addition, they are tracking 3 more new songs for the Paltone 3-sided CD release, entitled "RadioDick." Paltone records has asked G-Soul to help in the process of finding 2 bands to be included on the 3-sided CD. If you know any strong up & coming bands that rock, please submit their recordings to the Gargantua Soul merchandise booth at a G-Soul show near you!

G-Soul is featured on the Rye Airfield Indoor Skate Park's Noise Vol. 1 cd compilation featuring Wolfvision from the Impact cd.

Gargantua Soul was recently awarded 3 Billboard Music Award nominations for all 3 of their submitted songs. The tracks were "Calling My America," "No Oasis," and "Drive."
